Exchange Only Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items must be accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.

  Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at info@ohdarling.uk or contact form to initiate an exchange.

  2. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.
